NPEG evaluates more than whether a document exists. The review considers whether expectations are clearly defined, implemented consistently, understood by the people responsible for them, supported by retrievable evidence, and connected to program outcomes.

The standard virtual review is scoped for one nursing program/program type and a normal evidence volume and timeline. Hybrid/onsite reviews and additional campuses or program options are scoped separately.

Typical timeline

A structured seven-week review.

Standard engagements generally progress from agreement and kickoff through document submission, desk review, clarification/interviews, analysis, final report, and executive debrief over approximately seven weeks. Timing varies with program size, evidence readiness, responsiveness, and contracted urgency.
